Dr. Debalina Brahma has been taking care of my wife since the beginning of my pregnancy. The key word here is "care." I want to draw attention to a few particular features of this care:1. Her patients have confidence in her because of her extensive scientific knowledge and assurance. She consistently provides a thorough explanation of every component of the physiological problem and clear guidance on how to solve it. I was always confident that Dr. Brahma would give me a fair assessment anytime I had concerns during my pregnancy (and Google warns you about terrible possibilities). She led us with such assurance in every situation—large and small—that by the time I gave birth, I believed I didn't need to worry about anything since my doctor would know what to do if there were any issues. Due to the fetus's unstable position, I finally underwent a Caesarean section. I didn't even have to go see her to get the last bandage off, so the surgery was obviously very nicely done. She was the one who advised me to postpone clinic appointments in light of the covid third wave unless absolutely necessary.2. She is a cautious doctor who avoids over testing and overmedication. She takes a contemporary, uncommercial attitude to pregnancy. She does, however, advise you to test and be informed when necessary. When there was a reason to be concerned, she could walk her patient through all of the possible causes and answers.3. Her treatment has a very uncommon personal element. For instance, I've never heard of a doctor sending a message to check on whether or not her patient has fallen asleep in the hospital bed at the appointed hour.4. She has a great network of specialists and medical professionals. I adore the doctors she has recommended, including the sonologist, pediatrician, and anesthetist, and I know I will continue to turn to her for doctor referrals going forward.You should go to her if you want a doctor in Kolkata who will tell you the truth as it is, who explain the science, and who will confidently and competently handle any medical difficulties. Brilliant Doctor with excellent facilities. My wife was suffering from Endometriosis. At first I was doubtful about a few negative reviews, but decided to go ahead following some personal reference and loads of positive reviews. Since then I have been more than satisfied with Dr. Brahma and not only consult her for my family but also referred my friends and relatives to consult her, everyone of them later described me how happy they were with Dr. Debalina Brahma. I would like to point out some points which I experienced personally:1. Regarding the very few negative reviews that I saw, I was surprised to see detailed detailed description of errors about medical procedures made by Dr. Brahma and what She should have done instead. If patients knew all medicine and medical procedures by themselves, then why one need a doctor!!! It appears to me that negative reviews are FAKE and given by competitors.2. Dr. Brahma is a brilliant doctor herself, there is no doubt in that. Some say that she is "business person". Why? Running an Infertility clinic is a corporate job and any owner of such entity must be professional to provide high quality service. As long as patients are getting medicines without any hassel then why we (the patients) should bother where I am getting them!! We have buy medicines after all!!3. I have found that packages in Sparsha Infertility Center is cheaper and their success rate is well above average, I can confirm that as I have recommended several of my relatives and friends to go to Dr. Brahma. Now they are proud parents.4. I have found that Sparsha Infertility Center provides excellent services at a price affordable to all. Not all of my friends have financial condition to chase wild gooses in IVF centers. Hi I am Ankita Pal, I had c-section on March 2021 with Full Anesthesia. I opted full anesthesia as because I can see my office colleagues they are now facing problem in back as they had injected in Spinal cord for Anesthesia. I was under observation of Dr. Prosenjit Sarkar from the initial days of my pregnancy. He constantly kept a check on me and my baby's health. He made sure all tests and USG are done on regular intervals. During my surgery he made me aware of both pros and cons of spinal anaesthesia and I went for full anesthesia saving myself from lifelong back pain. He used pain killer patch instead of injection which saved me from swelling of muscle due to injection. He had visited me through out my stay in the hospital. He used pasting instead of stitch that will reduce the surgery mark in future. All in all I had a very smooth pregnancy and delivered with health baby girl. My wife was diagnosed of chocolate cyst in both left and right ovary. I admitted my wife under Dr Sarkar at Bhagirathi Neotia, Rawdon street for laproscopic surgery. We admitted her on 19th August, the operation took place on 20th August and she got released on 21st August itself. The surgery was completed around 3pm and he assisted my wife in walking around the corridor around 9pm. It was a very successful operation all thanks to Dr Prosenjit Sarkar. Dr Prosenjit Sarkar has been nothing less than an Angel of God. He counselled me so well throughout the pregnancy . My water broke suddenly and I had to undergo an Emergency C-section but he handled it very smoothly and everything was explained very clearly from the beginning. I have been Dr Sarkar's patient since 2017 when I had undergone my first c-section delivery. My husband and I were hugely surprised when he gave us an option to opt for full anesthesia during the c- section as we both were not aware of the same. I have had friends and colleagues who have suffered hugely because of the epidural injection used on their lower backs during delivery as it has a lot of side effects and sometimes the pain lasts for years to come. We are glad that Dr Sarkar made us aware of it and I have tried on my part to convey the message to a lot of friends in the later years. He also used pasting method which has resulted in a thin scar and healed very fast. The most important aspect is his charming personality and friendly behaviour which helps the patient to relax and feel better in his presence. However difficult the situation he is always present with a smiling face which is a huge relief for his patients.read more
